March & April 2024

Dear friends and co-workers in Christ. Greetings to you all. Thankyou for your continuous prayers and encouragement to us. This is our latest ministry report.

PRISON MINISTRY

MBARARA MAIN PRISON

We were allocated every Wednesday to meet the inmates especially the sexual offenders section. It started like a class but later became a church where salvation and deliverance is preached every Wednesday. We thank God for the opportunity to help prisoners understand the value of the life that Jesus paid for on the cross.

KYAZANGA PRISON

On Good Friday we visited Kyazanga prison to celebrate the death of Christ on the cross for us. We carried food and drinks. We preached the gospel. We prepared a meal, beef and rice, and fed 150 prisoners with the prion wardens. Then we preached the gospel of hope and 139 prisoners gave their lives to Christ and majority of them were Muslims.

CENTRAL POLICE STATION MBARARA

Mbarara central police station has also been a wide door opened for our ministry every Saturday of the week and by God’s grace we have been able to minister diligently. Through the month of March, around 200 souls came to Christ. Very many get released and we hook up with them. We bless the Almighty for the open door to increase the population of heaven as we depopulate hell.

FAMILY MINISTRY.

We started a family ministry that deals with marriages, youth, children, women and men. We have weekly meetings for men and women and the Lord has transformed so many lives thus restoring marriages. This month alone we held 6 men’s fellowships in different churches and 4 women meetings. CMM has trained people as leaders to start more small groups of men and women in different churches since the hunger and thirst for them is too much.

We also held marrieds’ fellowship that brought 64 couples for a full day. We had a great day talking about how to build the marriages that God desires. Many people opened up on the issues that are killing their marriages and are still reconciling in the subsequent meetings.

HOME VISITS FOR PRAYER ALTARS

We introduced home prayer altars in response to people’s call for home visits. so, we partnered with Karugangama church and had a full month visiting different homes every morning fellowshipping and praying with them. Each of the home visited could invite their neighbors regardless of the denomination. Many people have come to Christ including Muslims. We hope to adopt the visits at least twice a week because the 28 families we visited didn’t remain the same again.

RADIO MINISTRY

We have been blessed to have the gospel preached on REVIVAL RADIO found in Mbarara city in Western Uganda. We were given the 2 hours to talk about the TOPIC; BOY CHILD. We used the opportunity to help families bring men and boys back to their position which the devil pulled them from. We had a beautiful moment and got feedback from the listeners in the last 30 minutes of the session.

CHURCH BASED TRAINING IN BIBLICAL STUDIES ( C-TBS )

We are currently running two classes. At Kagoma, we are running a bible class once every week. This class has young men and women learning skills in computer software under a company called Odyssey Technologies.

Most of the students in this class are also ministers and leaders in the various churches where they come from. We have a group that is very eager to learn and always make very good contributions especially during the class discussions.

And the old testament class at the God’s Center of Blessing Church currently studying the book of Exodus. This is a group of pastors and church ministers from various churches who completed to New Testament in 2023.

This year 2024 on the 9th June, we shall be giving out certificates ( Graduating) to the students who completed the New Testament and the Old Testament in 2023. We would usually give out such certificates in the same year that the students finish but we got caught up with a number of things last year so we did push the graduation for both classes this year.

We are always thankful to the Lord for what he is doing in this nation and church in particular through the C-TBS training programs.

Thank you so much to all our friends standing with us in prayer and financial support for this ministry and all other CMM programs.
