January Update

Prison Ministry

CMM has continued making regular visits to prisons, ministering to prisoners/suspects and their wardens. In the month of January, we visited a prison facility in Kabale which is 390km south west of Kampala.

The prison facility at that time accommodated 781 inmates 70 of whom are ladies with 10 children. we gave out 18 bibles and shared the word of God with a word from John 8:32 & 36.

We also visited seeta police station twice ministering to 76 suspects and 12 gave their lives to christ, which we are so grateful for.

Please note that at both stations, we were not allowed to take any photos and we only managed to take them outside the premises.

C-TBS Preparations

January and February, different staff members visit churches to talk about the training and recruit .and the recruitment exercise has gone on well.

The first weekend of march, we will be starting the O.T class at Bweyogerere Gods centre of Blessings church and the N.T class at Mukono D.C church.

We have also held several administrative/prayer meetings in preparation (twice a week).

By this time, different staff know who is teaching which book and when.

For each staff, we allow time to personally prepare themselves, start reading through/preparing especially the books they are going to teach.

Discipleship training/Bible study still remains as a key need to the church in Uganda today, And we thank you for standing with us in this field of ministry.

We appreciate your prayers, words of encouragement and financial support.

Thank you so much.

Meeting the CMM sponsored children

As CMM, we decided to always meet with the CMM sponsored children every quota, share with them about the word of God, among other things. This is when we take time to have the kids write to their sponsors, take pictures of them, and collect their end of term school reports all of which we use to generate a children’s report.

On December 14th, the CMM team gathered with the sponsored kids who took part in  lots of activities.
